The system combines a measuring instrument with an online interface. It dynamically analyses three key physiological indicators—berry sugar content, berry colour and berry volume—to assess each vineyard plot’s quality potential and its development over time.
The information collected helps identify the optimal harvest date for the desired wine profile, plan harvest logistics in advance, detect water stress and yield loss, and understand how climatic conditions affect vineyard behaviour.
