Tonnellerie Millet
French tradition of coopering excellence
The MILLET cooperage was established in 1952 near to Saint-Emilion, at the heart of Bordeaux’s vineyards.
Its founder Guy Millet passed his expertise as a journeyman cooper on to his son Dominique, who has now been running the production workshops for 23 years, helping to preserve the profession’s artisanal and regional traditions.
