Hands on experience
Founded in 2004, Bright Up brings over 20 years of experience within the wine and spirits industry.
We work closely with viticulturists, winemakers, and distillers to help select solutions that align with their stylistic goals and operational needs. These include- selected barrel cooperages, oak alternatives, top-of the-line oenology products and technology, vineyard bio-stimulants, and natural and technical corks- all supported by our professional knowledge and hands-on experience.
We partner exclusively with international brands whose approach is dedicated to research, and proven performance. Every product we represent is selected through a careful evaluation process, based on quality standards, and long-term reliability.
Bright Up works with wineries and distilleries of all sizes.

Meet The Team
Yaniv Gur
Founder & CEO
Yaniv founded Bright Up in 2004, and is-hands-on leading the company since.
He knows everyone in the industry from the inside out, and even though he likes to stay "under the radar", he's always up for a chat with anyone in need of advice, and a friendly voice.
Lihi Hoch
Oenologist & Market Developer
We like to call her "The Brains". Lihi is a Biologist and has a Master's degree in Oenology, and is the vision behind many of the products in Bright Up's portfolio. She is currently pursuing her PhD in wine on indigenous grape varieties, and is the go-to for all things chemistry in every aspect of production.
Mor Bernstein DipWSET
Business Development Manager
An "ex"-Sommelier (although we know it's in her veins), and a Diploma Level 4 graduate from WSET London. Mor comes from the hospitality industry and brings a wealth of experience within the dynamic world of wine & spirits. Her perspective adds insights on the end consumer & market of wine.
Yana Lunin
Import Manager
Yana is the one that makes things happen with all things logistics and import. She knows how to load a container better than anyone, and has an affinity for the tiniest details. Her broad experience at Bright up is priceless.
Noa Silbiger
Back Office Manager & Sales Support
Noa is a WSET Level 2 graduate. She runs our back office end-to-end, knows how to lead complex processes, and has a talent for getting all of us aligned and on track. She is also a Chinese Medicine student.
Efrat Habusha
Sales Coordinator
Efrat is the 1st employee of Bright Up! After working with Bright Up for several years, she pursued her career in education as a Mathematics teacher. Efrat "comes to the rescue" every vintage during summer time for sales support.
